I knew I wanted to be a therapist early in life when I became interested in understanding myself and others on a deeper level. I have always valued creating emotional connections and fostering meaningful relationships, and I apply that relational approach to my practice. I hope to provide clients with a space to be vulnerable and work through challenges in their lives, where they can feel heard and supported. Having the opportunity to sit with someone in their struggles and share in their successes is what makes this career so fulfilling.
I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings throughout my career, including hospitals, residential treatment programs, schools, community clinics and private practice. I am inspired by the relationships I have built with my clients over the years and appreciate how we learn from each other in ways that I never expected. I hope to create a collaborative and balanced relationship between therapist and client, where you feel safe and supported in working towards your goals and building a life worth living.
